COVID-19 Treatment & Information

A Covid-19 Testing Center

  • Appointment not required

  • Referral not required

  • Testing for all patients

  • Drive-through testing

We now offer both Rapid (antigen) and PCR Covid-19 Testing at Sovereign Urgent Care

For a PCR Test, your sample will be sent to a certified lab, where it will be analyzed for Covid-19. We will provide your result as soon as we hear back from the lab. Important to note that PCR tests may take a minimum of 3 days to be returned to us from the lab.

For Rapid tests results, we took things to a whole new level. We are using the Sofia technology produced by Quidel which produces automated and objective results in 15 minutes at the point-of-care.

Remember, turnaround times are a directly impacted by the high volume of testing done at our clinic and at the local/national labs. We are committed to providing our patients with their tests as quickly as we can.

If you are not sure which test to get, check out our recent article where we break down the differences between PCR and Rapid Covid-19 Tests.

We’re employing the following safety measures and protocols to ensure you and your loved ones feel confident, protected and safe in our facilities.

Universal Mask Use

Even in a pandemic, you can feel safe. We’re stocked with safety supplies, and have the personal protective equipment (PPE) including masks for all patients, visitors and team members at our facilities.

Social Distancing

Feel confident you’re doing the right thing to keep yourself and others safe. With limited visitation, new waiting room protocols and more, you can safely practice social distancing.

Drive-Thru Testing

Take comfort knowing your safety is our priority. COVID-19 testing patients never step foot inside the facility. We use our drive thru for these patients and visitors.

Enhanced Sanitation Measures

If you’ve visited our facilities in the past, you know that cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities. But now we’re taking extraordinary new steps to ensure thorough, frequent and ongoing sanitation measures are happening around the clock.

Your health is very important to us at SovereignUrgent Care. We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the right care at the right place at the right time. Certain medical conditions should always be treated in an Emergency Department. Please call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Department if you are concerned about a life-threatening condition.

Call 911 if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • Chest pain

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Sudden dizziness, weakness, blurred vision, or loss of coordination or balance

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Seizures

  • Numbness in the face, arm, or leg
